These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
Sidcup Tile King
The contract between us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Sidcup Tile King. Sidcup Tile King must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Payment is not taken until the point of dispatch of the goods to you from our distribution centre.
Once payment has been received Sidcup Tile King will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and total price. Sidcup Tile King acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Sidcup Tile King are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the Sidcup Tile King website. Any other websites, which are linked to from this site, are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
Sidcup Tile King own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.

Product Images and Descriptions
The information on this site is for general guidance purposes only. We make every effort to ensure that the product images, colour representations and descriptions on our site are a fair representation of the actual products. Availability of goods you order
If Sidcup Tile King has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Sidcup Tile King from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Sidcup Tile King will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Sidcup Tile King will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation
For disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
Changes to this agreement
Sidcup Tile King reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Sidcup Tile King website.

Conditions of Sale
1) In these conditions "The Company" means Dishurst Ltd T/as Sidcup Tile King.
2) Acceptance of Conditions. All goods supplied are subject to these Conditions of Sale and the purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted
These Conditions of Sale without reservation upon placing any order for the supply of goods with the Company. Unless agreed by the Company in
Writing the Company will not accept any condition included on a purchasers official order form containing a similar clause this condition of
The Company shall prevail.
3) RETURNS. The Company will not accept back for credit any goods correctly supplied to the purchaser.
If The Company agrees to accept back any goods a handling charge of at least 30%, of the purchase price. All returns must be in full boxes and in a suitable condition for resale. No Decor tiles or Border tiles are accepted back for credit. All returns must be notified to The Company in writing within 7 days of purchase. Any Special Orders items or fixing adhesives will not be accepted back for credit.
4) Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Items. Goods must be examined prior to assembly or fixing. The Company will not accept any responsibility for faulty items, or for goods not complying with the purchasers requirements, once assembly or fixing has commenced, either in respect of the original price or in the cost of removal, or in respect of any consequential loss, or penalties incurred by the purchaser, or a third party. Any faulty or incorrectly supplied goods must be notified to The Company, in writing, within 24 hours of purchase.
5) Shortage and Damage Claims. No claim for shortages will be entertained unless signified at the time of delivery or collection. No claim for damaged goods will be considered once. The Company’s or its agent’s driver has left the point of delivery. Claims for damage related items, which cannot have been examined in detail by the purchaser at time of delivery or collection, must be the subject of a written claim to be
Received by The Company within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by the purchaser.
6) Shading, Crazing and Coloured Grouts. A degree of shading and crazing is inherent in the manufacturing of ceramic tiles and fixing should not be undertaken unless an acceptable blend of shades can be obtained. No tile supplied by the Company is guaranteed against crazing.
No responsibility will be accepted for shading or quality once the tiles have been fixed, either in respect of the original price or in the costs of the removal, or in respect of any consequential loss, cost or penalties incurred by the purchaser or a third party. Customers must order the correct quantity for their requirements, as The Company cannot guarantee to match shades of previous orders. When using coloured grout
it is essential to test a loose sample to ensure that the tile does not absorb pigment into the surface or body. The Company can accept no responsibility for any staining caused by coloured grouts.
7) Customer Measurement and Calculation Service. We would like to point out that any assistance in estimating quantities from customer’s measurements cannot always be 100% accurate and we are therefore unable to take ANY responsibility for over and under estimations Condition 3 still applies to this service.
8) Reservation of Titles. Ownership of the goods supplied by The Company to the purchaser shall only pass to the purchaser when all sums payable are paid in full. The Company has the right to enter the purchasers deemed property and lift the Company’s goods.
9) Deliveries. Delivery dates are given for guidance only and do not form part of a contractual obligation on the part of the Company, who accepts no liability in the event that a delivery is late or fails to turn up for what ever reason. The Company accepts no liability for any loss, costs or penalties incurred by the purchaser or any third party, arising out of late, or non -delivery of goods. Any arrangements entered into by the purchaser in anticipation of delivery to be made by The Company are made at the sole risk of the purchaser.
10) Labour Claims . The Company does not accept any claims for any labour charges whatsoever concerning any of the above Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Delivery & Returns
We try to dispatch all orders within 7 working days of receipt. If for any reason we cannot dispatch goods within 7 working days, we will inform you by e-mail.
The order can be cancelled & a full refund will be given if the goods have not been despatched. If an item is needed urgently please call on Tel 0208 309 0482 or e-mail your requirements. Wherever possible, we will try to help.
Orders that can be fulfilled from stock are normally dispatched the next working day. Orders placed Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday/Tuesday (depending on the volume of orders). Once goods have left our premises, delivery becomes the responsibility of the Carrier or Postal service used. We cannot be held responsible for late, delayed or non-delivery of goods and will do all that we can to deal promptly and efficiently with any delivery problems customers report to us so that items ordered are delivered as quickly as possible.
How We Deliver To You:
We use Local Couriers. Express delivery service is weekdays only, from 9am to 6pm.We deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
Delivery charges out side this area will be charged extra and we will require a postcode to enable us to give you a price.Delivery charges for samples will vary so these should be emailed to us separately and we will reply with a postage cost.
There is no MARK UP on carriage it is charged at what it costs us.
A delivery charge will be added at the checkout area depending on the region that the item is being delivered to.
Address for Delivery:
Please make sure that when you enter a delivery address in our secure online order form there will be someone at that address to receive and sign for the delivery. Enabling our delivery service providers, to deliver the items to you. There is the option in the order form to enter an alternative address for delivery (e.g. place of work, neighbour, etc.) if you or someone else on your behalf are unavailable during the weekday to receive the package(s) .On rare occasions and in the interests of security and for the protection of genuine customers as well as ourselves we reserve the right to deliver goods ordered to the card holder's billing address even if an alternative address for delivery has been given.
The customer is responsible for providing a full & valid address including street, building name & number, city & country as well as a contact phone number. It is of vital importance that all address details are properly formatted. Postal Codes should always be in capital letters and include a space where required. We take no responsibility for wrongly formatted addresses or having to manually reformat a provided address. No refund is given for none or wrong delivery in any of these cases.
Please Note...If after the second attempt delivery cannot be completed the package will be left at local branch (usually a calling card with branch details will be left for you by the delivery driver), and you will need to contact the branch or visit personally to collect the package.
Should it be necessary for our delivery partner to attempt delivery a third or more times an extra charge will apply, and we can only authorise further delivery attempts once the customer has agreed to accept the charge. Please note: you should collect from the local branch any undelivered packages within five days of the second attempt at delivery. Uncollected packages are automatically returned to us after five days and to re-send the package or cancel the order charges are incurred which we will advise you of should the situation arise.
All Couriers should leave a calling card, which should include the delivery driver’s mobile number. This allows you, the customer, to directly contact the driver and make arrangements for redelivery. If the driver is not contacted the package is returned to the depot and redelivery is attempted 48hrs later. This process is repeated until the third delivery has failed upon which the item will be returned to us.
Should our carrier return packages to us as undelivered and delivery is still required after this a charge will apply, and we will only be able to re-send the package once the customer has agreed to the charge. Some carriers do not charge for return of undelivered items but we reserve the right to charge delivery should you wish to have the item delivered again. In exceptional circumstances customers sometimes request that the package or packages be left for them unsigned for and in a specified location
(e.g. garden shed, porch, garage, etc.).
Our carriers will require our authorisation before this can be done, and we can only agree to it on the express understanding that neither our carriers nor we can accept any responsibility or liability should the package or packages go missing. Some couriers accept no responsibility for items left with neighbours or in hidden locations.
Sidcup Tile King will never request that the driver leaves your package with neighbours or in a hidden location without your express permission. Once given, we accept no responsibility.
Should a package fail to be delivered please report it to us by phone on
Tel 02083090482 or by email to email@example.com and we will do all we can to help but please note that as advised by Royal Mail we must allow a period of three weeks from the expected delivery date (and be advised by Royal Mail that the package is irretrievably lost) before any action such as sending a replacement item(s) or cancelling the order and processing a refund can be made.
Delivery and/or re-direction charges will apply if an incorrect address or incorrect address details are provided and a package has to be re-routed or re-sent after it has left our dispatch centre. Change of Delivery Address after Dispatch of Goods:
Should it be necessary to change the address for delivery of packages dispatched via Interlink after the package has left our premises (e.g. to re-direct delivery to a work- place or any other address) an extra charge will be incurred, usually around £10.00.

We will advise you of the charge and can only instruct our carriers to amend the delivery address once you have given your approval of the charge.

Sidcup Tile King cannot be held responsible for late, delayed or non-delivery of goods ordered and we will do all that we can to deal promptly and efficiently with any delivery problems our customers report to us so that items ordered are delivered as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds:
If you need to return an item we will gladly refund payment provided:
The goods are returned to us within 14 days, at your cost, unless faulty. You have informed us prior to returning the goods. The goods are received un-used with all tags and labels intact and carriage paid in full. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and contact details when returning items. For your own protection we strongly advise you to return items using recorded delivery for up to £50 and special delivery for anything over. Postage refunds are available upon request.
We must be informed within 48 hours if goods are received damaged. Please ensure that the goods are adequately and properly packaged Refunds are made within 3 days of receiving the returned items. It may take a further 5 - 10 days for the money to be available on your credit card or bank account. If you would like to exchange an item because of a mistake on your behalf we will charge for postage of the replacement item.
Sidcup Tile King reserve the right to charge an administration fee if the returns conditions are not met in full.
